Halwiindy Mooya

Halwiindi lives with his siblings and his parents who are both severely ill. For this reason they are unable to work but they have a farm which provides more or less enough to cover their everyday needs. However they cannot pay Halwiindi’s tutition fee. They have to dedicate a lot of money to healthcare because not only the parents are sick but Halwiindi as well. He’s not always able to go to school due to the medical treatments – perhaps that is why he finds it hard to make friends. At school his performance is average but he plans to become a doctor to help others.
